I suspect HostGator here, but I'll need confirmation.
You should ask your host to up the max user connections limit, but with HostGator this is impossible.
GoDaddy are not a great host. They are good for everything but hosting.
You should look into alternative hosting.

Godaddy sucks at everything, especially their hosting... XD But for real, they made me pay $40 for a website I told them I didn't want =/ They wrote the check in my name, it bounced, and I had to pay extra for a site I was thoroughly convinced was going nowhere... >.>
A few people more knowledgeable than me in such matters have said that if a company that is primarily a domain registrar offers hosting too, don't use it.
