I have a little problem. Promotions when a user gets more of the posts pre-defined user that does not change UserGroup. What did I do wrong?
Can you printscreen the settings for the promotion?? Have you tried running the promotions task manually??

I did not realize what they meant to say with it manually. I want the Forum to make the promotion as soon as the member reaches the number of post.
I just mean to manually run the promotions task to see if they get promoted then. Go to ACP > Tools & Maintenance > Task Manager > click the alarm clock icon next to the Promotion System one, has their group changed now??
No it doesn't work.
It is impossibel to change the display usergroup with the promotions.
