Hi,

Is it possible to make the email address optional?
I still want to send a verification email when a user does enter or change his/her email address, but if they choose not to add their email address, I want them to have that option.

hey

if they dont enter an email, how would they get the verification mail ?

however in Admin CP > Board Settings > Change > User Profile & registration
you can choose another method of verification
what's available in mybb are

• Email activation code
  
• Instant Activation
  
• Administrator activation
  
• Send random password

If they don't enter an email address, they shouldn't get a verification mail.
If they do enter an email address, they should get one (just ot very their email address).

Hope this makes sense.
