I extracted the files for the 1.4.12 upgrade and the 1.4.13 upgrade and overwrote existing files, but it still says I'm version 1.4.11. Is it possible for anyone to see if it's upgraded or not?

Hi,
Did you upload the MyBB 1.4.12 files first, then upload the MyBB 1.4.13 ones? If you did this and it overwrote the files successfully then you will be running MyBB 1.4.13.
As for the version number, it is stored in the file inc/class_core.php - which was included in the MyBB 1.4.13 upgrade package. And therefore should have updated the version number. Please try replacing this file with the one located in this download and then try again.
