I think this would be your host problem.
There's a problem with your MySQL have you changed or deleted anything from the MySQL?. If not contact your host provider.
I didn't anything delete or anything like this :A
Ask your host then sometimes they can't host MyBB.

That's not true. Any host can host MyBB, excepting 000webhost.com of course.

If this is still an issue ask your host to raise the MySQL connection limit or switch hosts, some hosts set the limit really low for some reason.
