Is their any way currently that I can create a basic file ratio credit system for my users. What I am thinking is for every MB they upload in return they are given download credits. Kind of the way some FTP servers work. Anything that may work in such a way?

No I want my free members to upload content related to my site topic and in return they are given download credits then once they are used the user must upload again. Paid memberships will gain full access. Basically how certain FTP servers work. That way it's not just leeching.
