Is it possible to allow the Original Poster of a thread to block someone from their thread? Sometimes people can degrade a thread by being continually obnoxious or by not posting on topic.

UserCP --> Buddy/Ignore List --> Add that user to your ignore list. Then none of their posts will appear (just a notice saying the post is hidden).

yes it will appear to other users. only the user you added to ignore list cant view the post.
