alright in Admin CP >Templates >Modify / Delete > Expand > Footer

for the site info
find

<br class="clear" />

and above it add your info

for the navigation, i didn't get if u want it too add a navigation to the existing or above them however in case you want it above find

<div class="bottommenu">

and add your links above

if you wanna add to the links

then find

<a href="$settings[bburl]/misc.php?action=syndication">$lang->bottomlinks_syndication</a>

beside it add

| <a href="urlink.com">Ur text here</a

for the info section you need to hide it only appear for admins
