Ok so im a newbie to all this forum stuff etc.. and have created a forum using your mybb forum board, Well I also read about a problem with admincp forbidden error and that problem is occuring to me, I have contacted my host provider etc. to no avail.

Can some one please tell me how I can use my forum (edit themes, plugins etcc.) because with this error my forum is unusable

I don't think their is anyway to edit themes, and plugins, if you can't access the ACP. If your host won't disable mod_security on your account, I recommend you change hosts.
