There is some plugin to moderate posts before posting a user?

specific.

that before a user "x" post, is accepted or rejected?

anyone have any idea?

Currently not without a plugin. MyBB does not support this for groups. Only per forums. It's a permission that certainly needs to be by group though. Mistake imho on the part of Mybb.
