Why not just make your forum better rather than lying to yourself?? You'd be much better off spending your time getting people to join than spending your time faking stats.

Indeed Matt. Faking your stats doesn't do anything for SEO, and gets you nothing in return. Tried it once on a vB forum, didn't work at all.

People see through that anyway and then will question you as to where all the members are cause they are never there when they are on, and where are all the posts?
It takes stability, good content, and hard work to make a board successful.
