Is there any mod / plugin available that's convert my thread url SEO Friendly?

Here is a example url format which i want /forums/my-category/google-seo-url.html.

Can anybody help me?

"Google SEO" is what you want.

"Google SEO" creates url's like /forums/forum-my-forum--1 but i need like this /forums/my-category/google-seo-url.html.

Google SEO is as close as you'll get.
