Which templates do I need to edit to change all the text on my forum to white instead of black?

You will need to go to your theme in the styles part of your ACP.
Go into the global.css, find "Body" and set "color:" to #FFFFFF.
If that doesnt work, you have to go into every part in global.css and change it to #ffffff.
I suggest adding color of text to trow1 and trow2 classes or maybe #container.
