Is there anyway to convert a vb skin to mybb skin?

Manually. There are no shortcuts.

Yep, you'll have to make the theme yourself, just basing it off the vB theme. There is no way to convert it with a few clicks.

Also make sure that the theme licence allows you to perform this theme port. Considering most VB themes are not free your really going to have to be careful in this regard to prevent being faced by a law suit.

Where are some nice good looking themese that I can pay for, For MyBB
