Second time i told my host and they are confirming that there is no problem at all.
In my opinion if my host deny access to xmlhttp.php then how can i quick edit reply posts of the same thread without any problem.
Anyway i do not blame anyone.

I'm going out on a limb here but can you just try deactivating the shoutbox plugin and trying it? Maybe it hooks into the xmlhttp.php file and is causing problems (though this is a bit of a far out possibility, but it can't hurt trying).

Wow after deactivate the shoutbox plugin, the quick edit is working great.
But if i reactivate it the problem occurs again. What should i do?
