Seems as if you opened up MS Paint, changed a few of the global.css colors and took a screenshot.
I hope that costs less than $2, anyhow some advice would be to clean up the images a bit, maybe the colors stand out a bit more, etc.
If you can make a decent skin, I can pay you a whole lot more than $10

Your theme is very basic. Try something different and unique.
Fix that padding and make it look less "flat"
