I want to merge a Old SMF content in a live MyBB forum, that can be done without problem in the Merge system for MyBB 1.4.13?

Your able to convert all of this:
* Invision Power Board 2.1, 2.2, or 2.3
* MyBB 1.4 (Merge multiple copies of MyBB in to the one)
* phpBB 2
* phpBB 3
* SMF 1.1
* PunBB 1.2
* vBulletin 3.6, 3.7, or 3.8
* XMB 1.9

Thanks I know that but I want to know if: I want to merge a Old SMF content in a live MyBB forum, that can be done without problem in the Merge system for MyBB 1.4.13?

It will merge to 1.4, the .13 won't make a difference. If it's in that list of supported boards, it'll be OK.
