I keep getting redirected to a page with this error code when I try to change my signature.

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /forum/usercp.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I've uninstalled plug ins, checked all the settings...

Any ideas?

Check the file has CHMOD 644
If not, then contact your host, they may have a module called mod_security enabled.

Erm, maybe go to: forum/admin/index.php?module=tools/system_health (Tools and Maintenace ›› System Health) and check that all the files are writable.

Your host probably has mod_security enabled, contact them and ask them to whitelist you against it.
