Someone could make a plugin that send a notification email for failed logins ?
I discovered that if I delete the cookie of the forum I can try infinity logins.
This would me good, do you mean send to the user or to the admins?

why to the users? they already know that they have maxed out their login attempts and are attempting to bypass it by removing the cookie.
admin notification would be more useful for abuse notification
Because many users try to login with the account of others
The best is to have a log on acp so also admins can view the logins attemps.
