how do I make something similair to this webstie for my staff members this website has a big green box with the words management written in for the admins how do i do that on my site thanks

In the usergroup settings there's an option for a group image, put the path to an image in there.

Ours were custom made (can't be used by anybody else), but there are some that come with MyBB, in the ./images/groupimages/english/ folder.
