Thus making such a list pointless since it would be very inaccurate!
How would it be inaccurate? It would jut be incomplete. It would be inaccurate if there were people on the list who didn't donate.

No, it wouldn't be inaccurate. How would it be inaccurate? Only reason it would be inaccurate is if you impersonated someone else for donation. And well good for them, then. Whomever that is just got free publicity.
