How and where is the setting so guests can view all the forums and threads but cant read a thread once tried to open it, ie it asks for a login and password like these:

www.hackforums.net
www.f47al3rr0r.net/forum/index.php

I have the guests able to view the forums then in the edit if you click off the view forum thread nothing is displayed how can i get mine like abov:?

Yes i go through every setting and cant get like the above

Tick Guests can view and try that.

i have that on only, and the guests can read every post

Setting next to it ie edit permissions is on view forum and view forum threads, if i click this off the forum is still visible but in place of the post numbers are -

every thread on above sites are set like i want

How exactly do you want it? as on that fourm i can access the threads and view them as a guest.

yes i want it that you can view them and threads but when actually open a thread it asks for a login like:

It's custom edits by me in the core files. The only way to achieve this.
