SO I need to change the file permission for mod_supsp? It was a confusing article.
Can you also upload a file called phpinfo.php which contains:

You do not need to double post. I'm very busy at some times during the week and cannot provide support on those days.
As your server is configured with PHP as a CGI there is currently no way to make the archive mode work.
I'll try to organise a solution using mod_rewrite for the next version for you.
You really should make a mod_rewrite version aswell, DreamHost currently hosts +260.000 domains on their servers, and they use php_cgi..
So it would be a good call doing it
Mine doesn't work either; same problem. On Godaddy, here.
