my board's clock is not correct. Time zone is GMT+1 and DST enabled. In Admin CP, the clock is displayed as 2:48 pm instead of 3:48 pm. On the board itself, it is shown as 1:48 pm. Server is ntpd synchronized.
And how can I change the date and time display? Language is German, so it should be 11.05.2010 15:48 and not 05-11-2010, 03:48 PM.

3:48PM is just the same as 15:48, just written differently.
If the board's clock is not set correctly, it could be due to a bad configuration of the Unix timestamp. Unfortunately, I'm not that proficient in MyBB to assist with this issue.
Timestamp is ok, the SMTP server on that machine inserts the correct email headers:

And the WBB on that host displays the time correctly.

ACP --> Configuration --> Settings --> Date and Time Formats. There you can change the format and the default timezone.
If it doesn't appear changed after that then the option will be in your UserCP --> Options
Thanks! Now I have to find out why the DST settings has no effect. It makes no difference when I enable or disable it, the time is always 2 hours back.
I just found that time zone setting is ignored! No matter what timezone I set, the clock is always 2 hours back.
Have you also set your personal time zone in your UCP?
