If you don't know, and it's not visible anywhere in your host control panel, you'll need to ask your host, absolutely no way of us knowing.

It's not a big deal, your hosting support probably isn't that scary and they probably wont bite. Just ask them what the MySQL host name is, it might also be in their help documents
