so when editing my css i have to export the theme then reimport it for the forum to change how it looks. this is really annoying how to fix this?

Maybe your browser is just caching the CSS when you view the forum...?? Ctrl + F5 to clear it.

Make sure you are editing the right CSS. Make sure its the CSS for the theme you are using.

it is the right css and it automatically changes about 15 minutes after i update the css file -.-

Right, then it's your browser caching it. Go to ACP > Configuration > Server and Optimization options > set it to send no cache headers.

Are you sure you don't have CSS further down that is overruling the changes your making?
