stuck on this bit, im putting in my URL http://www.davidlansdell.freeiz.com/ and im adding /index, /forums, /install/forums. And im not getting any were i know its a simple thing but i just can not see it ...

Just need to add install/ to the end: http://www.davidlansdell.freeiz.com/install/

If your files are in your root directory, then it'll be http://www.davidlansdell.freeiz.com/install - But if its in /forums, it'll be http://www.davidlansdell.freeiz.com/forums/install
