I need a upload script so users can upload their files easily. but I'm not finding any ...

MyBB attachment system?

Why are people intent on giving pointless replies all of the time. From the post you can clearly read he wants a "php image upload" script built into the forum. So his users can upload images/files not like the attachment system where if your a guest you can't view the file.

Anyway, there is a plugin for just this, but you have to be a subscriber to mybb-plugins. It ticks all the boxes though. Check here: http://forums.mybb-plugins.com/Thread-MyDownloads-1-4
