OK. I need help! I dont know is this the right section to post but someone help me!
i want to change my url domain actually its, http://example.net and i want to change it to http://newsite.net How can i do this? I really need to do it.
Help will be awesome.

Just change the site and forum url in the settings.php .

after you move everything of course.

Can you be more detailed, im a newbie on webhostin, forums and stuffs, So please be more especific.

You'll need to point the new domain to your server/hosting, edit that in your hosting account and then wait for propagation (24-48 hours)

After that, edit inc/settings.php (assuming your running MyBB) to reflect these changes.

I need help mostly on that part of webhost. I understand wat to do on mybb files.
But what i dont know is on webhost. I dont see any option to rename url.

Talk to your host we don't know anything about how it's set up.
