I want to change the colors of it and such, like how this forum has it blue. How do I change that?
In the settings for each theme there's an option called Editor Style, here we've set it to Office 2007.

Alright thanks, now is there anyplace I can go to get cool themes for it?
You can make your own editor theme by simply copying one of the other theme folders in ./jscripts/editor_themes/ and calling it something else (the name of the folder is the name of the theme and _ will be replaced by a space in the name) and then editing the CSS and images inside.
I don't actually think anyone has made additional themes for the editor but I might give it a go some time.
