Ha... this is a stupid question [i'll admit] but I think my eyes are frozen or something, but
how do u change the default theme to the new theme that you just downloaded?
Also, can you have diff board themes running... so that users can pick which theme they want?

In your Admin CP, scroll to the themes section, the rest i'm sure you'll figure out.

Yes, I believe users can decide which theme to use, to do this they change it in their user CP

You have to import the new theme. Usually there's a readme in the theme package with further instructions.

After that you have to go to your Admin-CP -> Themes -> Edit/Delete -> *Your Theme* -> Set as Default (Drop down menu).
