I have noticed that when someone quotes text that has smilies , the smiley does not show for example:

Is this a bug or just something MyBB does?
No bug I'm aware of, works fine here, are you sure that's a valid smilie shortcut?? Does it show up in the original post??
Yep it does....must be a bug on my site, though I have no idea what to look for?
A bit off topic are MyBB still looking for contributions, as the site now seems to have the MyBB.com address.
