Is there a way to show "trending topics" as far as what members are searching by keyword(s)? I would like to at least view this on an administrator level. Is there such a mod?

Search logs are stored in the mybb_searchlog table so you could manually analyse this data but I'm not aware of any plugins that automatically analyses it and gives you statistics and trends. Maybe you could export that table in a .cvs or excel file and use Microsoft Office Excel to analyse it.
