I have installed the inbox boxs plugin and since it holds all the statics i was wondering if there is a way i can remove the Board Statistics from the bottom of the page?

If you want to just remove the more detailed statistics (ie. everything except for who's online) you can go ACP > Configuration > Forum Home Options > Change "Show Small Stats Section" to no.
If you want to remove the whole section go ACP > Templates & Styles > Templates > Select template > Index Page Templates > Index > Remove {$boardstats}.
