You can convert phpBB to MyBB but not SMF. If you have a look on the phpBB website for a SMF -> phpBB convertor, you will be able to convert SMF to phpbb then MyBB.

export all of the tables and data inside the 1st database from the PhpMyAdmin Export feature , and then use the SQL feature (upload the file) to import it again into the other database. it's a little icon on the right. but make sure that the database names dont conflict
