i have some copyright material in my site.

i other site owner is using it without my permission so how can i stop that site owner.

how can i contact that site owners host.

Your best of sending a Cease and Desist notice to both them and their host.

is there any site to know that which site is hosted by whom? e.g. godaddy.com etc

Email the host, and complain. Usually they will take it down.
