I am getting a lot of members emailing me saying that the system generated passwords are not working for them. Any suggestions as to why this may not be working or something that I could tell my members to try on their end?

Upgrade to 1.4.13. No point asking for support when running an old version

Okay, well, I will do the upgrade now and come back and ask again if the issue arises again.
