Can I change title tag for every thread but without changing the thread url?
Is it possible to edit meta tags for keywords and description the same way?
And how to do all that?

Thanks, but that's only for meta tags, what about title tag (which is more important for SEO)?

The title tag is defined in the showthread template. If you just want to add or remove a site name or similar you could do it there. Otherwise, can you give an example of what kind of change you want exactly?
