i did upgrade my forum from 1.4.9 to 1.4.12 without any error but when i visit to my any posts i cant see nothing in these posts when i create a new post then i can see that only but not old posts, i can see only new posts

Upgrade to 1.4.13 then try reverting your modified post templates like StefanT said.
