Ok, upgraded my Ubuntu to 10.4, and now in firefox, the backspace button doesnt perform the "Back" function, so im constantly hitting the backspace when it wont work.
I managed to get it to work in 9.4 but cant remember how...
10.4 is pure crap so far. You should've waited another few months, let them smooth it out.
yeah, pretty much every package i've tried to install has thrown up errors
Have you done all the updates? Also imho if you can't deal with it, downgrade back to 9.10. Its EOL isn't till sept, so your safe.
Is the downgrade easy-ish? I've never tried downgrading before lol

Well if your hand is mainly on the mouse I'd think it would be more convenient.
