The forum loads fine but at the bottom of the task bar it says "Done but with errors on page".

Here is a screen shot of the index.php page and I do not see anything wrong on line 119 but then again, I don't know what I am looking for. Any advice?

ACK! I just saw I put this in the 1.6 section. I am so sorry, should be in 1.4 so could a kindly mod please move this?

It won't be in the PHP otherwise you'd be getting a PHP error. This is a javascript error, look at line 119 of the source code of the index page in your browser.
