I tried to install th shoutbox plugin. already uploaded all the necessary files into the server, as what the install.txt suggested. but in my panel, it still wont appear. then i noticed, after uploading those files, the file size will automatically turn 0. pls advise thank you

Are you sure you've followed the right instructions? Which shoutbox plugin was it? And where did you upload to that it turned 0kb?

to all there places that i uploaded the files, the inc/plugins, inc/languages/english and inc/languages/english/admin. when uploaded the file size is ok, i mean the same as the one i downloaded. but then after i refresh the mybb control panel, it will automatically turn 0. pls advise thank you
