hello
i have just merege phpbb to mybb and the old one has tow languages
en and arabic
after coverting the fourms are unreadable i have already installed the arabic language pack b4 i merege the system

i have made a new fourm in arabic but the ones i merege from phpbb now showing in readable language
help please
