I have the following error with MyBB 1.4.13 (plugins: BBCode Spoilers tags & Image Resizer & Optimizer with GD). When changing the title of a topic and I press enter to commence the changes I get the following error/screen:

When I press refresh the title is unchanged. I never had this problem before, it happens also in the English version (I also run the Dutch language on the forum).
Worth mentioning: the mybb_posts table 'crashed' last monday, I had to do a repair of the table in MyPhPAdmin, I don't know if the issue could be related to that?
EDIT:
I refreshed a couple of times and it appears the mybb_threads table was crashed this time. In the past 2 years I never had a table crashed, now I have two crashes in one week since I'm using 1.4.13. Is this just pure coincidence or are there other people having the same problems?
