Are you sure which method they used to get in? Database/ACP?
Maybe you have the good ol' keylogger?
Check you've got no non-MyBB files in your file system. There's no known vulnerabilities in 1.4.13.
It could be the server got rooted, despite what your host has told you.
Are you sure it's a 'hack' and that someone hasn't used your password to get into your account?

Well the post didn't make clear whether they were still getting hacked after changing passwords.
Well why would he/she post this if all that was needed was a password change? Must've failed school.
You must have a keylogger on your system or some one you know is playing with you.
