URL?? Why can't you delete them?? Is there an error message?? Not sure what anyone can do with the level of information you've provided.

I can't see any forums there at all. I think there is content there on the borderline of hacking.

@MinneMan - If you could provide us a test account or give guests the permissions to view your forums then that would help a lot. Of course you'll have to create one first if there aren't any.

The second Forum and below won't show titles, wow, have you tried recounting, etc?
