Were can i find the no permissions message template ? I want to edit some text in it.

But how do i know what lang file to edit ? I mean where in the file structure is it ?

Actually its ok , i found them but im not going to bother editing it.
./inc/languages/english/messages.lang.php, lines 48-51 for guests, 55-61 for logged in users.
