I love the thead but I am not sure if the green mixes in nicely with red, gray, white.

It's not too bad; I like it.. but there are things that could be improved, e.g. like Bob said the green and colous. Apart from that, you should also think about naming your themes, naming them all "Eagle Design v#" gets a little old.
