I thought I had this sorted out but apparenty not.
I need a backup copy of my files in .sql format but my old server does not seem to have this option. I have already changed my DNS to point to my new server so I am unable to access my forum other than by the back up files I have on my Lappy.
Could someone please let me know how I can get these files into my new database on my new server? If at all possible or what I need to be able to back up my files from my older server in .sql format. Thanks

your last host was free ? if free then it must be something yourname.freehost.com then we can help u
