MyBB Community Forums

I recently got a 000webhost account and want to start up my MyBB forum. How do I start it up? Do I download this http://mybb.com/downloads and go from there? Upload it, etc?

Using FTP I uploaded all the upload files. What's next? I don't understand how to do the rest.
